COMPREHENSIVE FINANCIAL PLAN

People don't plan to fail, they just fail to plan.

Helping families make comprehensive financial plans is the first step in building wealth. Financial plans bring clarity to financial health and help identify goals. From that starting point, we can monitor and adjust the financial trajectory. A solid financial plan helps families be more successful by reducing stress and making risk-informed decisions.

YOUR FINANCIAL JOURNEY GUIDE

MY 4-D PROCESS

No family can contemplate a successful financial journey, especially across multiple generations, without some sort of comprehensive financial, investment and estate plan.

First, we assess where you are, what you own, what you owe, what you earn and what your expenses are. Then, we create a wish list of your hopes and dreams and what you would like to accomplish financially, both for yourself and for those you hold dear.

DEVELOP

DEVELOP

Second, we get out a calculator and see if we can turn those hopes and dreams into concrete financial goals. From that, we develop a plan to help you get you to where you want to go in the least expensive and most efficient way.

DO

DO

Third, if we find we can turn hopes and dreams into reality, we put the plan into motion. At this point, we'll implement activities needed to pay off debt, then work up an investment portfolio that has a history of producing the long-term returns we've calculated that we'll need.

DEFEND

DEFEND

Along the way, we will want to insure the plan against the risks that you won't be around, or won't be physically able to complete it. A plan that can be destroyed by a major life event isn't really bulletproof; it's more of a bet. This is where we revisit the plan and make adjustments where needed. This is also where we refresh the plan perioically.
